CrewCase ("the App") is a gear tracking app for film and video crews, built by BRAYVHOUSE. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

CrewCase stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.

The App may store the following data on your device only:

• Gear item names, categories, and serial numbers you enter
• Crew member names you add
• Check-in and check-out activity logs
• Photos you attach to gear items
• App preferences and settings

iCloud Sync

If you are signed into iCloud on your device, the App may sync your data across your personal devices via Apple's CloudKit. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Third-Party Services

The CrewCase app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No app data is shared with third parties.

Notifications

If you grant permission, the App may send local push notifications to alert you when gear is overdue. These notifications are generated on-device and do not involve any external servers.

Camera Access

The App requests camera access solely to scan QR codes on gear labels. No images or video are stored or transmitted.

Children's Privacy

CrewCase is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
